- Hoe haal ik mijn polsbandjes en parkeerkaarten op?
Bij aankomst dient u zich te melden bij de registratiebalie (haldeur 5). Hier ontvangt u uw polsbandjes en parkeerkaarten. - Hoeveel polsbandjes krijg ik en hoe werkt het systeem met verschillende kleuren?
U ontvangt polsbandjes op basis van de gereserveerde m2 en eventueel extra bestelde polsbandjes. Voor elke dag zijn er verschillende kleuren:
* Vrijdag: NB
* Zaterdag: NB
* Zondag: NB
Heeft u wisselend standpersoneel, laat uw polsbandje(s) aan het einde van de dag dan doorknippen bij de Bigtwin informatiebalie. Wij zorgen ervoor dat de volgende dag nieuwe polsbandjes klaarliggen. - Wanneer mag ik mijn stand opbouwen?
Opbouwen is alleen mogelijk op donderdag 6 november 2025 van 09.00 uur tot 21.00 uur. Op vrijdag is opbouwen niet mogelijk omdat er dan geen auto’s en/of busjes meer naar binnen kunnen. - Hoe moet ik laden en lossen?
Auto’s, busjes en aanhangers mogen alleen naar binnen om te laden en lossen en moeten daarna onmiddellijk de hal weer verlaten. Gebruik de haldeur die aan uw hal is toegewezen, zoals aangegeven op de plattegrond. - Wanneer mag ik afbouwen?
Afbouwen begint op zondag 9 november vanaf 17.30 uur, nadat alle motoren uit de Bikeshow de hallen hebben verlaten. U kunt afbouwen tot 22.00 uur; afbouwen op maandag is niet mogelijk. - Wat zijn de regels voor de stroomvoorziening en verlichting?
Als u vooraf geen stroomaansluiting heeft gereserveerd, heeft u geen toegang tot elektriciteit. De verlichting in de hallen wordt gedimd, dus zorg ervoor dat uw stand voldoende en goedgekeurde verlichting heetft. - Zijn motorclubs welkom als standhouder op de Bigtwin Bikeshow & Expo?
Motorclubs zijn welkom om als standhouder deel te nemen aan de Bigtwin Bikeshow & Expo, mits zij niet door de Nederlandse overheid zijn verboden om zich als club te manifesteren (OMG’s). Dit geldt ook voor verboden support motorclubs. Het dragen of tonen van motorclubkenmerken van een verboden (support)motorclub is niet toegestaan en kan gevolgen hebben voor zowel de betreffende personen als de organisatie. We verwachten van alle standhouders dat zij dit beleid respecteren en hieraan meewerken. - Hoe zit het met parkeren tijdens het evenement?
Elke participant ontvangt een (of meerdere) parkeerkaart(en). Vermeld uw standnummer en telefoonnummer op deze kaart. Voertuigen mogen niet op de algemene parkeerplaatsen van Expo Houten staan; parkeer ze aan de achterzijde van het gebouw bij haldeur 6,7 en 8. - Wat zijn de openingstijden van het evenement?
7 november: 12.00 – 21.00 uur
8 november: 10.00 – 17.00 uur
9 november: 10.00 – 17.00 uur - Hoe kan ik contact opnemen met de organisatie?

- How do I collect my wristbands and parking tickets?
Upon arrival, you should report to the registration desk (door 5). There, you will receive your wristbands and parking tickets. - How many wristbands will I receive and how does the color system work?
You will receive wristbands based on the reserved square meters and any additional wristbands you may have ordered. Different colors are assigned for each day:
* Friday: NB
* Saturday: NB
* Sunday: NB
If you have varying staff members, please have your wristbands cut at the Bigtwin information desk at the end of each day. We will ensure new wristbands are ready for the following day.
- When can I set up my stand?
Setup is only possible on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 09:00 to 21:00. Setup is not allowed on Friday because no vehicles will be permitted to enter. - How should I load and unload?
Vehicles, vans, and trailers may enter only to load and unload and must leave the hall immediately afterward. Use the door assigned to your hall, as indicated on the floor plan. - When can I dismantle my stand?
Dismantling begins on Sunday, November 9, at 17:30, after all the motorcycles from the Bikeshow have left the halls. You may dismantle until 22:00; dismantling on Monday is not possible. - What are the rules regarding electricity and lighting?
If you have not reserved an electricity connection in advance, you will not have access to electricity. The lighting in the halls will be dimmed, so please ensure your stand is equipped with sufficient and approved lighting. - Are motorcycle clubs welcome as exhibitors at the Bigtwin Bikeshow & Expo?
Motorcycle clubs are welcome to participate as exhibitors at the Bigtwin Bikeshow & Expo, provided they are not prohibited by the Dutch government from manifesting themselves as a club (Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs – OMGs). This also applies to banned support clubs. Wearing or displaying insignia or symbols of a banned (support) motorcycle club is not allowed and may have consequences for both the individuals involved and the organization. We expect all exhibitors to respect this policy and to cooperate fully. - What about parking during the event?
Each participant will receive one or more parking tickets. Please indicate your stand number and phone number on these tickets. Vehicles are not allowed in the general parking areas of Expo Houten; please park them at the back of the building near doors 6, 7, and 8. - What are the event opening hours?
November 7: 12pm – 9pm
November 8: 10am – 5pm
