- Waar moet ik me melden bij het brengen van mijn motor?
Je moet je melden bij de balie aan de achterkant van het Expo complex (haldeur 5). Vergeet niet deze bevestiging mee te nemen. Digitaal tonen is ook mogelijk. - Wanneer moet ik mijn motor brengen?
Je kunt je motor alleen op donderdag 31 oktober inleveren, van 12.00 uur tot uiterlijk 21.00 uur. - Wanneer en hoe worden de winnaars bekendgemaakt?
De vakjury kiest de winnaars op vrijdag, en deze worden vrijdagavond rond 19.00 uur telefonisch op de hoogte gesteld. - Wat moet ik doen als ik mijn deelname wil annuleren?
Als je wilt annuleren, stuur dan een e-mail naar bikeshow@bigtwin.nl - Wanneer kan ik mijn motor weer ophalen?
je kunt je motor ophalen op zondag 3 november vanaf 17.00 uur, uitsluitend op vertoon van je polsbandje. Zonder polsbandje wordt je motor niet vrijgegeven. - Mag ik mijn motor eerder ophalen dan 17.00 uur?
Nee, dit is niet mogelijk. Het evenement is tot 17.00 uur. - Kan ik mijn motor later dan 17.00 uur ophalen?
Dit is mogelijk, maar na 17.30 uur worden alle hallen vrijgegeven. Je motor is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Standhouders gaan afbouwen en alle deuren gaan open. Er worden auto’s en busjes naar binnen en buiten gereden. Het is dus belangrijk om je motor zo snel mogelijk op te halen. - Mag ik een ‘te koop’ bordje bij mijn motor plaatsen?
Nee, dit is niet toegestaan. - Wat moet ik doen als er speciale aanwijzingen voor mijn motor zijn?
Meld speciale aanwijzingen betreffende je motor van tevoren bij de organisatie. Zorg ervoor dat je motor niet op slot is en laat geen sleuteltjes achter in de motorfiets. - Is het mogelijk om mijn motor te poetsen voordat er foto’s worden gemaakt?
Ja, dit is zeker mogelijk. Er zal een poetshoek van Vulcavite zijn bij binnenkomst (haldeur 5).
Frequently Asked Questions for Bikeshow Participants
- Where should I report when bringing my motorcycle?
You should report to the desk at the back of the Expo complex (entrance door 5). Don’t forget to bring this confirmation with you. Digital presentation is also possible.
- When should I bring my motorcycle?
You can only drop off your motorcycle on Thursday, October 31, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- When and how will the winners be announced?
The jury will choose the winners on Friday, and they will be notified by phone around 7:00 PM that evening.
- What should I do if I want to cancel my participation?
If you wish to cancel, please send an email to bikeshow@bigtwin.nl.
- When can I pick up my motorcycle?
You can pick up your motorcycle on Sunday, November 3, from 5:00 PM, exclusively upon presentation of your wristband. Without the wristband, your motorcycle will not be released.
- Can I pick up my motorcycle before 5:00 PM?
No, this is not possible. The event runs until 5:00 PM.
- Can I pick up my motorcycle after 5:00 PM?
Yes, it is possible, but after 5:30 PM, all halls will be cleared. Your motorcycle will be your responsibility. Exhibitors will be dismantling, and all doors will be open. Vehicles and vans will be moving in and out, so it is important to collect your motorcycle as soon as possible.
- Can I place a ‘for sale’ sign on my motorcycle?
No, this is not allowed.
- What should I do if there are special instructions for my motorcycle?
Report any special instructions concerning your motorcycle to the organizers in advance. Make sure your motorcycle is not locked and do not leave any keys on the motorcycle.
- Is it possible to clean my motorcycle before photos are taken?
Yes, this is certainly possible. There will be a cleaning area provided by Vulcavite upon entry (entrance door 5).
